The princes- I love little prince lune. Great job o n his expression. You've really captured how sad he must be feeling. I genuinely feel sorry for him. I also love how you did nightmare moon. Very eerie.
Prince Crescent looks amazing here as well. I like how you did your own design rather than follow Trotsworth big buff bearded prince. Here he looks more gentle and regal. Like he should be.
The mane cast- Blitz, berry, applejack, and dusk shine look completely on model. There is absolutley nothing wrong with how they look. I especially love the adorkable-ness of dusk in here. Fem. Big Macintosh is good, though it's kind hard to tell I'm looking at a girl. She's fine, just add a little more detail to make it more clear she's female.
And I have to say my favorite here is Barb. I dunno, maybe it's because I'm a big Spike fan, but you did really well on her here. You gave her a kinda tomboyish look to her, that I think suits her well. I especially love how you incorporated the fins (or ears) into her hair too.
So overall I'd give this a 9.5/10
I designed Crescend/Solaris here before Trotsworth came out with his design, so that's actually why they're different xD I think I'd stick with this anyway just because it's easier for me to draw - also I kind of proffer the multi-colour hair, even if I do really like the more red-centric colour scheme Trotsworth went with.
I wanted Red Gala to look somewhat boyish, but not so much that she's not recognizably female. I'll keep that in mind next time I draw her
I had a lot of fun designing Barb, and her tomboyish look was, funnily enough, inspired by the person who voices her in Philstermans videos. I thought her voice was a perfect fit and sort of wanted to reflect that a bit in her design. Glad to know it shows!
I've seen the Prince Solaris design, and it isn't bad, but when I see princess Celestia I see a calm gentle princess, so the prince should look like such. Trotsworth's design,made him look like the kinda colt that would strike you down with a thunderbolt (reminds me of Zeus with that beard). So while your Prince design may have come afterwards, you certainly captured the calm side of the prince, and you did well. I love ever bit of the design. Red gala is nice, I can tell she's a girl, it's not like it's impossible or anything, I just think maybe a few more details would do her justice. I love how you made her tomboyish, because she probably would be.
Really, you're a fan of philsterman10? I love his colt videos. I heard Barb's voice in the videos, and I must say, I love whoever does her voice. I just felt like it suited her very well. It's very neat to know that that's where you got your inspiration for the design from. I fits very well.
All I can say to you is, Bravo!
